The LUIS turn assistant, supplied by APH Systems, helps make turning safer for everyone on the road. Using smart AI technology, it keeps an eye out for cyclists, pedestrians, and other road users—spotting them up to 40 meters (131 feet) behind and 10 meters (32.8 feet) in front of your vehicle when you’re turning left or right.
If someone is in your blind spot, the system gives you a clear warning with lights and sounds, using a three-step alert to make sure you’re fully aware in time.
